Q:  Is there an MOQ?

A:  No MOQ. We accept retail orders or wholesales. Large quantity please consult with our sales team for confirmation.

Q: What is the Lead time?

A: Our warehouse is in the United States, usually deliver the product by standard expresses such as FedEx or UPS, and other local logistic as well. Bulk orders usually will take 15- 20 working days. We also have factory delivery from mainland China, and transport by sea. Please contact sales team for the exact lead time.

Q: What is the Warranty?   

A: 3-5 Years standard limited warranty. Certain products are not covered by the above warranty. Please consult with the sales team for each product. Free replacement for any quality issues during the guarantee.

Q:  Do you offer mounting accessories?
